Connection is one of the most basic human desires.
We want to feel seen. We want to feel understood. We want to know that our core beliefs are being recognized by the people, communities, and brands we engage with.
And that need for connection doesn’t stop with personal relationships.
It shows up in the way we respond to brands, too.
We are naturally drawn to people and companies that reflect something back to us — our values, our priorities, our lifestyle, our beliefs, or simply the way we want to feel.
That kind of connection is powerful.
But it doesn’t happen by accident.
